We are excited to offer a variety of engaging clubs for the 2024-2025 academic year, with convenient pick-up available from Swansea Public School.
Registration is now open, and spots are filling fast—don’t worry, you can still join mid-term if space allows. Please Contact Us to inquire about availability.
Club Fees are organized on a per-term basis, with two payment options available: a single payment due by the first day of the term or a commitment to year-long attendance, allowing for monthly installments. Please Contact Us to inquire about the yearly registration option.

Please note that during the first and last weeks of each term, as well as on Erudite PA days, some clubs may be replaced with our Play Club program to accommodate schedule adjustments.

Club Term and Fees Information
- Term 1: September 4—December 20, 2024
- Excluding Thanksgiving on October 14, 2024.
- Term 2: January 6 - March 31, 2025
- Excluding Family Day on February 17, 2025
- Term 3: April 1 - June 26, 2025:
- Excluding Easter Weekend on April 18 - 21, 2025, and Victoria Day on May 19, 2025.
To determine the term cost for the clubs you wish to attend, please refer to the Term and Fee Schedules provided below. To calculate the total, multiply the applicable rate by the number of days in the term for each day of the week you plan to attend.
For example, if you plan to attend Art Club on Mondays and Thursdays and Chess Club on Fridays, with pick-up from Swansea, you would calculate as follows: $38 multiplied by 44 (14 Mondays, 16 Thursdays, and 14 Fridays) for a total of $1672 for Term 1.
The current club fees for the 2024-2025 year are as follows:
- Base Club fee: $30 per day
- Club fee with pick-up from Swansea Public School (3 pm to 4 pm):
- 1-2 clubs: $40 per day
- 3-4 clubs: $38 per day
- 5 clubs: $36 per each weekly

How to Pay
Club Fees are organized on a per-term basis, with two payment options available: a single payment due by the first day of the term or a commitment to year-long attendance, allowing for monthly installments. Please Contact Us to inquire about the yearly registration option.
Payments can be made by the following methods:
- Cheque, payable to Erudite School Inc.
- Please ensure that you indicate your child's name and what the payment is for in the memo section
- E-transfer addressed to payment@eruditeschool.com
- Please ensure that you include your child's name in the Note/Memo section and the program you are paying for.
- Cash- please enclose your cash payment in an envelope and indicate your child's name, the date, the amount and what the payment is for and either submit it to the office in Unit A or deposit it into the lock box by the front door of either Unit A or Unit B.
